GJT-2F Series Conveyor Belt Metal Detector
Brief introduction
Employing the special technology for CMOS chip digital circuit, which is applicable for the lines that need the belt to convey the bulk magnetic or nonmagnetic material and system-treatment lines, the grade and type of ore and belt speed can be adjusted. It features with digital set, self-checking function, convenient adjustment and maintenance, intelligentized sensitivity-adjustment, which make it efficient to detect the metal material and improve the quality of product and protect the crushing equipment.
Working principle: When the metal gets into the sensor electromagnetic field, some changing signals are generated, and the metal detector can detect them. Then the metal detector can process the signals with electronic technology and drive the executing device (switches of motor) to stop the belt conveyor so that the operator can pick the harmful metal out manually.
